ACT FOR STRESS RESPONSES

This 8-week online group offers a supportive space for adults living with the effects of PTSD, complex trauma, panic, OCD, or chronic stress. Rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and w/holistic approaches, the group focuses on understanding the body’s natural stress responses and cultivating new ways of relating to pain, fear, and disconnection.

This is an ACT-based, eight-week program aimed at improving co-parenting outcomes, fostering positive parenting skills and reducing abusive behaviours in men.

MYACT GROUPS

Mindful Yoga-Based Acceptance & Commitment Training/Therapy (MYACT) is an established approach created by Tim that combines both the practices and benefits of yoga and cognitive behavioural group intervention.

This is an evidence-based approach to treating anxiety, depression, stress and other issues related to personal suffering.
