ACT SKILLS GROUP

A 12-week program that teaches core Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills, including mindfulness, values exploration, and emotional resilience, to help participants manage challenges and pursue a meaningful life. Through interactive sessions and group support, you’ll develop tools to handle difficult thoughts and live more fully in the present moment.

This is an ACT-based, eight-week program aimed at improving co-parenting outcomes, fostering positive parenting skills and reducing abusive behaviours in men.

MYACT GROUPS

Mindful Yoga-Based Acceptance & Commitment Training/Therapy (MYACT) is an established approach created by Tim that combines both the practices and benefits of yoga and cognitive behavioural group intervention.

This is an evidence-based approach to treating anxiety, depression, stress and other issues related to personal suffering.
